Are the PBX and all listed features actually free?

Yes, we only charge for your DID’s (Phone number’s) and your usage. All calling features, users and devices are inclusive.

What equipment do I need?

Any SIP compliant devices should work. You do not need to buy the hardware from us. You can use free software based clients on all major platforms if you prefer. If you are looking to purchase new phones we recommend Yealink or Polycom.

Can you help provision my phone?

Yes, we support automated provisioning on most major manufacturers.

Is there a monthy fee?

Yes, your DID’s (phone number’s) are billed on a recurring basis each month of service.

Is there a term commitment?

No, our service is billed each month. You can cancel at anytime.
